The Pyrenees

Watching the Pyrenees across a corn field just outside Argeles.

Towards Col. D' Aubesque

The road south of Argeles passes through a series of very tiny towns that offer views of the Pyrenees.

The path to Col' D' Aubesque, one of the more famous peaks,  is a two-way road that passes through a few small towns.
As you get closer to the peak, the road narrows to a single path and passes through some small mountain tunnels. In some parts of the mountain, there were shepherds tending their sheep on the mountainside. We saw a man playing with four beagles on the mountainside.

A building spire overlooking the mountains.
This altar stands still in front of a small church along the way.
