Along the French Riviera
The French Riviera
is a series of coastal towns alongside Nice going southwest. Each town
offers its own beach area. Driving through here on a Friday morning was very
slow due to traffic jams. It seems like there is an event in each town.
In-between towns, there are many good places to stop and just stare at the
sea.
A stop at Issambes, just west
of St. Raphael.

Porte Vendres
Just adjacent to Collioure is
this pretty port. On a Saturday morning, it was bustling with buyers looking for
fresh fish.
